John McCain - what can you tell about him

Some time ago I heard that he said something about scrapping f-22 projct (NOW!!!WHEN PROJECT IS FINISHED AND F-22 IS COMING INTO SERVICE)...now I read about replacing ageing KC-135 and...AND JOHN MCCAIN is opposing.

What does this guy want??He hate all military projects or he has got some own visions about military and new projects???

Guys from US.I hope that you can tell me more about this strange man.I don't know,mayby he is right and I just can't see something really important.

I remember when he was running for president, Bush accused him of voting against some project, and it was true, he did. It was because the bill had some admendment, or pork, attached to it that would cut funding for cancer research. Funny, Bush didn't mention that part. They are trying to do the same thing to Kerry, only mentioning half-truths about how he votes.
