PETN containers punctured at Port of Morehead City

I didn't see this posted yet but I may have missed.

Port of Morehead City closed by explosives incident

MOREHEAD CITY, NC (WTVD) -- Authorities say they've shut down the Port of Morehead City after containers carrying explosives were punctured.

OK, since PETN was so recently mentioned with the underwear bomber I thought this might be worth mentioning. Is PETN something the US military normally uses and ships out of Morehead City? I would think munitions and explosives would be loaded away from civilian shipping, etc.

9 containers of PETN were accidentally punctured by a forklift. If anyone believes this I have a couple of states that I want to sell you. One accidental puncture I can accept but nine??

I have operated several different types of loaders over the years and I have never seen nine of anything accidentally punctured. Let alone 9 containers marked as HAZARDOUS.
