Yeah Tobey McGuire should just stay with the whole Sea Biscuit gig. I don't see this guy ever portraying a super hero. I am not really a fan of Spider Man, but I am sure they could find someone better.

This is complete crap, Tobey McGuire was Peter Parker, and changing the main actor, ALWAYS ruins the continuity of the movies.

Look to Batman, and see what changing from Michael Keaton, to Val Kilmer, and then again to George Clooney did.

The only thing that resurrected Batman, was Christian Bale coming on board.

If McGuire leaves, and the wrong actor is picked, I'm boycotting it.

Toby Mguire is a disaster.
That said, Spidermsn the musical is coming to Broadway this June, written by U2.
I know it sounds odd, But its actually pretty cool.

Much as I like the first two and I hear you on the batman movie's, though I thought val kilmer did ok!
I really don't rate Tobey, and if they cast well it could be a good thing imo, I dunno, he just does'nt feel like Peter parker, he's real stiff and sort of emotionless at times for me!
