Lol, who knows how different our evolution would have been if we started with backwards kneecaps, tree dwellers would be mad though. I think all birds knees bend backwards and they have no troubles though they can bend the otherway too...



But yeah Thanks to everyone who helped me out with this, hahaha maybe now I can finally get some sleep.

I'm guessing that if we had backwards knees, they'd need to bend back again, like the Prawns off District 9,
