Russian scientists are reporting to Prime Minister Putin today that the high-energy beam fired into the upper heavens from the United States High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) radar facility in Ramfjordmoen, Norway this past month has resulted in a “catastrophic puncturing” of our Plant’s thermosphere thus allowing into the troposphere an “unimpeded thermal inversion” of the exosphere, which is the outermost layer of Earth’s atmosphere.

Saw this over on a "news" website I frequent, did a quick search and didn't see anything relevant to the article so my apologies if this has been posted or discussed before!

Not to sure what to take from it, as I am going back to re-read to make sure that I have it straight. It seems that they are pinning HAARP and the "West" on climate change?

It's very anti-American (the "West") as seen by the last paragraph:

But to the most critical aspect of these events it surely lies with the Western World’s continued arrogance in regards to experimenting on both our Planets natural species and human beings, and though who may think that they are ‘gods’, are continuing to give evidence that they are acting more like devils.

Sounds very interesting. However, it seems like the source for this 'news' article might be 'ATS' itself, lol. Also, lots of anti-west propaganda larded within the article.

The site listed as a news agency doesn't appear on Google news or appear as a listed newspaper on Wikipedia.

Not saying it ain't true, just that the only source for this just now is questionable.

After digging around their website a little more I would be inclined to say that most of it is just anti-American propaganda. There's even an article titled "Image of the Beast" with a picture of Obama in front of a burning building >.>...

It's also interesting to see that the original is from a blog post. Then again, news has been broke over twitter and other types of social media. I'm really, really interested in finding out a) why this blog/article pins the US and HAARP on the Norway incident and b) where's the Russian stance on this since Putin was being informed?

The author of the article never mentions the rocket/HAARP theory of the spiral. This is why I think it holds some weight. They go in to how the facilities can change weather patterns and that's something that I can understand.

Would be nice to have someone with the knowledge come in and prove/debunk HAARP and the Norway facility's ability to change weather patterns using the methods described. I'm also not talking about a one shot BOOM, there goes the heat, but could it be possible that an outcome such as drastic climate change could come about because of gradual use as well?

Can HAARP create a hole in the ionosphere? No. Any effects produced by HAARP are miniscule compared with the natural day-night variations that occur in the ionosphere. Several ionospheric layers completely disappear naturally over a whole hemisphere during the evening hours. HAARP can't come close to producing this effect, even in the limited region directly over the site.

Not a problem, just seemed interesting and posed some questions , no problem I'd rather have it debunked out of the gate than keep on going with no real value!

However, out of my morbid curiosity, I think I'm going to see if there's any weight to the assumptions. I've got nothing else to do tonight.
