What would you like to see a band do live?

My latest band effort will be playing out in a few days.

I love playing in front of people. I also love making people laugh.
Sometimes I combine these two and try for the wildly inappropriate onstage.

What sorts of things would be really entertaining when seeing a band at some local dump?
I keep asking for a flamethrower but there's always some excuse why we can't have one.
Sometimes you just have to make up for lack of talent with spectacle

We've gone as far as our meager musical abilities will carry us with the musical portion of the show. What else would amuse you?

Juggling is out. (I can't walk and breathe at the same time)
Juggling chainsaws is only Standard Operating Procedure at work.
We don't look good in spandex.
I wanted to call us Male Pattern Baldness but got out-voted.
The only Bowflex Bodies we have belong to our wives.
Pie Fights are usually a no-fail.
Live Sex Shows are a great idea but we can't find many willing participants.
My dog is extremely cute but can't play anything.

So I'm relying on the intelligent, creative, and forthright folks here on BTS for some ideas....

Rammstein always put on quite an interesting show.

Then again, I'm a pyromaniac...

Never saw Rammstein.

Distribute old porn movies from a trashcan on stage. Some guys i know in a norwegian band called Endwarfement does this with great success.

Play with a broken bottle!
I did this once, for a slide song when I dropped my slide into the crowd.
It was crazy. Broken beer bottleneck = great story!

Sounded good too. Kinda fizzy, but good. Just make sure to be careful about breaking the bottle, because I sliced my hand open pretty good.

Oh yeah. I was going to say make out with some random chick while playing a song, but you said something about "wives", so that's out.
It is fun and for some reason people like it.

I think people just like random acts from the members. It livens things up.
But then again, these all took place when I was playing for a metal band.
So...

Could always trash one of your older guitars and set it on fire!

I used to use a wireless and follow women into the ladies room. THAT was fun.
