Come on tell me you haven't figured out govt newspeak by now.

Dept of Defence = Dept of Offence

Federal Reserve Bank = privately owned monopoly money bank

Dept of Homeland Securtiy = our jailors

Environmental Protection Agency = inventive way to take away our property & money

Get the idea?

I guess so. I've come to the conclusion that anything that's government related with the term free-trade agreement really is just a massive economic protectionism program for those involved. They do nothing for the good of the international community. It only suffocates potential trade and enforces the trade to happen mainly along those countries (as opposed to others).

I also see what you're saying though. There is a lot of double speak out there all the time. It's like how the economic recovery plan... was actually a centralization of certain businesses of our economy... or how like the no child left behind act leaves everyone behind, or, how the patriot act doesn't protect our freedoms.
