where capitalist crimes are not punished.

To me, the US is reminiscent of the ancient laws.

The Hammurabi's code, Roman laws, and Chinese laws.

In all of these systems, the poor are punished more severely for petty crimes while the rich can get away with anything.

In our system, the little privileges that we have are being stripped away. Most people live in fear of violating some law that might not even exist. The establishment have no fear of laws because these laws seem to only apply to us.

The middle class pays all the taxes and receives nothing, the rich receives our sweat stained cash, the poor, as George Carlin said, are just there to scare the # out of the middle class to keep them at the "jobs."

The USA is very quickly becoming a socialist state and by definition, is actually on the verge of being a fascist state. We all see this, my question is what will we...the average Joe-Blow
How bad does it need to get before we risk life and limb, ...and the house, and the resist. Not just write a letter and vote for another tyrant, but actually revolt? What is the tipping point for armed rebellion?
Will it be martial law? Occupation by "peace keeping" Canadians or Venezualans? Repeal of the constitution? Hyper-inflation with prices changing dailey and even hourly?
At what point do we put a stop to this insanity?

I think we're becoming closer to a mixture of a socialist state and a fascist state. Champions of a mixed economy don't mind letting the government take control of certain functions of the economy. That's not that bad. But the federal reserve-- that's a fascist institution. It's an institution that profits the corporations and the people who have the power. It makes everyone else poorer. The US government is increasing its power over industries and what can or cannot be done. People just accept for granted that the US interferes with the market economy but allowing the US government to interfere with the market and provide security at the expense of our freedom is a mixture of socialism and fascism. It's a nationalization of the resources for one... but it's also taking away our rights... so I say it's both. We certainly don't really have capitalism... the market is closer to socialism or interventionism.
