M31 Andromeda Galaxy Never Looked Better! Wow!

Very clear. I wonder if they are looking back at us.
Our galaxy has a cool bar in the center.

Nice! S&F, Never seen it before.

just think, in about 400 million years our two galaxies will merge, and become one.

Just add a couple of billion years on the 400 mill and your spot on wow just imagine the close ups then simply awsome

Milky Way is a barred spiral? I didnt know that. In fact I'd have remembered that for sure. well I'll be damned....

edit: I guess it is indeed. I looked it up and I guess in 2005 the Spitzer Space telescope made observations supporting it. No wonder i didnt know, in the 80's they didnt know that yet
