I don't care how many notes he has I am calling BS, and I hope the judge will be bright enough to toss this garbage out quickly.

It reminds me of a roomate I use to have that claimed to be allergic to marijuana smoke. I smoked a lot back then, but as long as he didn't see it he had no issue. If he saw me smoking though he would grab his throat and start gagging... I called BS on that too..
