AP Story hereSo things are heating up once again...

Armed pro-government demonstrators opened fire on the car of an Iranian opposition leader shattering its windows, his Web site reported on Friday

The report added that some 500 people had been demonstrating outside the building where he was staying since the day before.

The site described the demonstrators as armed and said police were unable to disperse them.

On Friday, the senior cleric Kazem Sedighi leading Friday prayers in the capital appeared to be giving a green light for people to take matters into their own hands against the opposition figures, if authorities didn't act.

I do have a few Iranian American friends and they all say one thing on this issue... no matter what happens the rest of the world needs to stay out of it, Iran's people well settle this matter and need no outside help.

The semi-official Fars news agency, apparently reporting the same incident, said that Mr Karroubi was forced to leave Qazvin on Thursday after a group staged a rally outside the place he was staying.

"Around 500 basiji [militia] and residents of nearby villages surrounded the place where he was and attacked the building with stones, breaking windows," it said.

After several hours Mr Karroubi was able to leave with the help of police, but his car was attacked with gunfire as it pulled away.

As it was an armoured car, only the windows were damaged, the site said.

''The site described the demonstrators as armed and said police were unable to disperse them. ''

So when protester are pro-government and armed, police will no fire on them. But when protesters are anti-governement and unarmed, police will fire on them.

I wonder if this Kazem guy think Islam is a peacefull religion. And this guy is a spokesman of the government? Seem like Iran's ruling class is bent on hate.

Not just Iran's ruling class. Every single ruling class on earth is hellbent on hating and destroying the people they rule over. The irony lies in the fact that if they keep on going they will have nobody to rule over and at one point they will be ruled over by the ones who they tried to destroy.
