If what I've put together tonight is true,this is HUGE!

What I am talking about is an event planned to occur in the very near future. Whether you are "religious" or not,this is going to be an influence on your life,I guarantee it,and it will change the world as we know it.

This won't just be "alternative" news either. The world will be talking about it.

This is what I was looking for! Since the Book of Revelation makes it clear that the Antichrist will come from Rome,I wondered how "Maitreya" fit into that scenario.

...Notice that the False Prophet has "horns like a lamb". What does this mean? Since Jesus Christ is called the "Lamb of God" repeatedly, this phrase means that the False Prophet will claim to be Christian and will be accepted as such by the vast majority of the peoples of the world. Does the Pope make such a claim? Of course, he does. He claims to be the "Vicar of Christ on Earth"....

Very good post, this is the same entity Peggy Kane has been promoting as the 'One'. Who new agers promote as 'the coming world teacher', and who others promote as 'good benevolent aliens here to enlighten us'. It's all part of the grand deception.

Now if you want to discuss Christian Eschatology, hey I am all for that. One of my favorite subjects! But try and keep it in the realm of somewhat realistic, eh? There is a real conspiracy here, and it is quite vast, but you are spinning off into the entirely wrong direction. The thing about this conspiracy is that its not as spectacular as all that Sci-Fi stuff you are reading about, its more mundane though spectacular in its own right, and has been hidden in plain sight throughout history.

So lets start with a couple of basic questions to you…

First off, the Bible states that there will not be any one Antichrist, so what makes you believe in this “Maitreya” nonsense?

Secondly, Christ himself states that no man will know the time or the hour, so what makes you think that you can find it? Also what makes you think that a 7-year tribulation, that is all timed/spelled out, and you can read all about in the local bookstore, is the way its going to go down?

Third, If you dealing with the Prince of this World, who has been here since time immeasurable, and has all the influence and power to effect the course of mankind through the ages; don’t you think that a good way to trick Christians is to give them a false interpretation to prophecy, then make it look as though its coming true?

Fourth, what do you plan to achieve in finding out all this information? You are not going to make it stop, and you are certainly not going to change the will of God. Personally, I do it because I hope to help other Christians who I believe have been tricked by the false school of prophecy known as Jesuit Futurism. Just curious on this point, because if its out of fear, I recommend that you study other aspects of the Bible before Eschatology.

I spent most of my life being a little bit laid back as a Christian,thinking there was no hurry about the need to "witness".

Something happened over the course of the last two years that has pointed me in a different direction. I was never interested in End Time prophecy until I saw the world start to go "global",and I remembered that was an End-Time prediction(One World Government).

I don't claim to "know" for a fact this WILL materialize in 2010-but some of the people supposedly behind this "Maitreya" movement seem to think so.

God does not give us the exact time,but He says we will know "the season".(Matthew 24).

There is nothing we can do to change this course of events. My only fear is that of those being deceived,which the Bible states may happen "even to the elect". The biggest warning of the End Times is to not be deceived!

If I'm wrong,I'm wrong! But maybe I'm right? No one is forced to believe this is true. Just like no one is forced to accept Christ as their Savior.

If I've at least raised people's awareness of the possibility of these things happening, then they at least can make a more informed decision.

Ephesians 5:11 says,"Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness;rather,expose them."

And,yeah,I did get a little excited! Seeing pieces fall into place like they did. If it doesn't appeal to you,I can't help that!
