Problems uploading a podcast

I'm having a lot of trouble uploading a podcast. I have a mp3 file that is under the proper size. Every time I try to upload it I get an error that says that the format is not supported.

Can anyone help me with this?

Here is where I assume you are trying to post your podcast?

First, do try Internet Explorer, it seems to work much better than firefox for uploading podcasts.

I used to have a lot of problems uploading till someone told me that trick.

If it doesn't work there might be some other issue.

Thank you very much. I had not thought of trying a different browser to do the upload. It uploaded first try with explorer. Now Pending approval. I really appreciate your help!
