So according to the article they are using techniques learned in American court rooms. Just another reason to use military courts for these things.

How DARE people demand due process! It seems you are willing to disband due process and try possibly innocent people (as they've not been charged yet) just because you think they're guilty.

How dare a non uniformed enemy combatant demand anything . It is truely disgusting! If this is what trying these people in US court does, maybe the military trial doesn't look half bad.
