You have begun to awaken.
You see that you have to let go of the illusion.
You want to let go.
You have a focus on wellness, joy and love.
Your brain is still adapted to a lifestyle of fear,it means that you'll meet your old consciousness until your brain has transformed itself. The
brain must function more as a whole to be in love all the time.
The good news is, for every illusion you see through, the nerve courses between the two brain halves become stronger and more powerful,this will go in
exactly the pace that suits you best.
Your life is now focusing on the powerful feeling of grandeur you have about yourself. You will meet the old patterns of thought, and to what we have
created a recipe for how they can be handled.
When you encounter resistance to love and joy, there is a old mindset in the way that needs to be changed that is blocking you from experiencing who
you really are. This has been your reality for ages, so some thought patterns needs to be recognized.
Address: You can feel the resistance, you identify why, and you feel the negativity it brings…
Appreciate: Then you give thought pattern of love.(This was part of your old thought patterns and have had their purpose), now you select love and
trust! Thought pattern is now replaced by one based in the confidence that connects you directly to who you really are.
The resistance you will encounter comes in all shapes. Often there will be clusters of thought patterns that form a specific feeling that tells you
about anything but joy and love.

Address and appreciate
Address your feelings, what sense it brings and what it tells you.
Recognize and appreciate that this is your old consciousness, now select different.
Just find the words that suits your needs. Everything that works for you, is correct!
The whole process to address and appreciate is not suppose to take plenty of time, the less time you spend analysing what feeling it brings, the
easier it is to get out of the illusion.
Every time you feel the painful feelings, or emotions that you can not, will not, or that this is so bad that you do not know how to let go.
We tell you, have confidence in yourself. See this for what it is, part of the illusion.
Let go and focus on who you really are.
As we have said, thinking patterns can come in all shapes and we will address some of those here to make it as easy as possible for you to transform
1. You have resistance, and can not quite get a grip on what it is about;
your body and your brain knows everything there is to know. If you do not know what it is about, ask yourself, "If I knew what this was all about,
what would it be?"
Your brain will come up with an answer and this answer will be right for you. Trust yourself.
You know everything that is needed. Recognize that which comes in response.
2. You are overwhelmed by feelings of trauma and bad experiences.
We will tell you, this is your achievements. You are so strong, you are great and you have selected with the free will to experience painful events.
Feel the greatness that is, that you have gone through this, you have experienced this. Know how brave you have been!
Know who you really are, you are a master, you are magnificent. Now you can choose to be yourself and manifest unconditional love in your life here on
3. You do not feel in contact with the person you really are. The only thing you need to do then is to act as if you feel this contact. Ask yourself,
"What would I do if I had felt my greatness?"
Act on this and you will immediately feel better.
4. You tread the same old pattern that always and find it hard to let go. When you know that old thought patterns come to greet, take action to cancel
your old habit, you have to deal with these thought patterns, jump on one foot if you have to,..
