This is my local news. Funny I missed this item! Thanks for the catch.

Just a note though...it's not the Oregon Caves but the Oregon Sea Lion Caves where they turned up to feed on the bumper crop of anchovies and salmon. The Oregon Caves are inland and a bona-fide National Monument where the Oregon Sea Lion Caves are on the coastline and a Tourist Trap.

Aint that the truth. I always crack up when I see people lining up there-it's like they dont know that sea lions are overpopulating oregon and can be found by the hundreds every mile.

Doh! Yes, that is correct. Oregon Sea Lion Caves (very different from) the Oregon Caves. That's what happens when I type too fast and before coffee.
