I think these little blue men, fit perfectly in Norse mythology, "Svart Alver" or "Dark Elves"..

Their also quite reminiscent of Smurfs

Yup, in reality. I have a very vague memory of meeting one of these beings.

I have had abduction type experiences my whole life, usually with the greys, but I have come face to face with a lot of different shapes of beings.

Oh and the blues stink of rotten eggs, which I have since learned is indicative of the presence of Sulfur.
