I used to lived on Davie Street. You got a problem with that intrepid?

Sad story of rental prices downtown - I pay the same amount of money now as I did 17 years ago on Davie.

Me and the g/f just moved out here to buy when the market dropped, good timing! it's only a couple hundred bucks more than renting in marpole.
