im no doctor but the way i always do it (i have a pretty similar problem) is find a wall adn slam fairly hard it hurts but it gets the job done fast

Whoa, how do you walk around with balls that big?! I think i'd be too scared to try and reset my own shoulder, but thanks for the tip anyhow. You never know when information like this might come in handy.
