SERCO: The most dangerous corporation you've never heard of..

I noticed on the link to Yahoo Finance that Serco is a publicly listed company on London's stock exchange.

Are there any Brits here who know if shareholder registers are publicly available in the UK?

It would be interesting to see who some of the actual shareholders who own this company are.

Although I suspect there would be a lot of shelf and nominee company owners for anonymity.

The corporate management of the world is almost complete - I think there would be few who doubt it. So many were advising other to watch out for False Flags, Red Herrings, etc in order for the government to take over - what they didn't realize is that the government is the people, of the people by the people and for the people. Corporations are exactly the opposite - against the people.

So many, usually Americans, stand against the government for stealing their rights, forcing them into socialist tendencies and stealing their freedoms by encroaching upon the business / capitalist world. The truth is that the government and organised collectives representing the interest of the PEOPLE are the few things which stand in the way or corporate domination of this planet - most of these have been demonized out of existence - such as Unions - and are the last vestiges protection for the people of this planet. They are now gone, and as predicted it would be us who asked for it. But it was not terrorism that brought this about, or fear of an unknown enemy it was a campaign of rear against our own governments.

Remember these governments were there to protect, serve and benefit us - they were attacked by their enemies - the corporations - infiltrated and taken over. They now serve the interests of the corporate elite, and very soon will be dispensed with altogether.

At least with the governments we had rights, we had a vote and we had a recourse through the judicial system, checks and balances - all this will be done and you will have to deal with the autocracy of world corporate control - no voice, no vote, no recourse, you are on hold permanently.

I just googles SERCO & discovered they are here in Australia too, "taking care" of all things public. Like prisoners, refugees, plus much more.

Not sure if I like the idea of a global company looking after some of the things they do, but someone has to do it just the same. Wonder why it isn't the Federal Government here in Australia?

as far as i can find out, however, it appears that a shareholders' register will not be available to anyone outside the corporation, granted that SERCO IS based in the UK (from what i could tell):

Shareholders’ addresses will only be available on request to the company, rather than freely available.

In order to prevent shareholders of controversial companies such as Huntingdon Life Sciences being targeted by activists, and to prevent shareholders being victimised by boiler room scams, the Act requires anyone who wishes to inspect a company’s shareholder register – including shareholders themselves – to obtain the company’s permission and disclose the reason for requesting the information. Well, there definitely is a link between Common Purpose and Serco....

It seems that Common Purpose are training Serco employees.

Vicky Read, [email protected], has been trained by Common Purpose in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom, in 2004. The company she works for are "Premier Prisons Services Ltd, HMP & YOI Doncaster" owned by Serco.

Vicky, it turns out is the Deputy Director of the company.

Our intelligence budget is $75 billion. It does not surprise me that private contractors are taking the lion's share--that has been an ongoing process for years now. The contractors are much easier to control (because they are "mercenaries") than military people who are, for the most part, truly patriotic (they aren't paid well enough to be doing it simply for the money!)

Further to my earlier post about the Province of Ontario outsourcing the operation of it driving test centres to Serco in 2003, I find it particularly disconcerting (in light of the information disseminatied in this thread) that this contract gives them access to a great deal of personal information about all of the licenced drivers in the province.

That would include names, addresses, ages and...facial photographs. What a convenient way in which to assemble a large database of personal information. Wonder to what kind of future use this type of information could be put?

but 'the beginning of the NWO'...well lets look at that for a moment.

Who are the founders of the movement & who are the current protagonists?

Personally I hear a lot about the Bavarian illuminati & the freemasons.

I tend to think they didn't achieve much of anything by way of a NWO, until the federal reserve began in/for the U.S, and even then, as far as I know, that was a handful of bankers, who may or may not have been illuminati associated, that is something I've never had proved to me by anything or anyone.

In Australia we have the RBA. (reserve bank of australia) and I'm sure all the other countries have been 'assigned' their own fed reserves.

Who would then be involved in the current efforts?

We have big multi national corporations like serco with ex public service staff who are pushing for globalisation, with aid from CURRENT public service.

We have big multi national corporations like Walmart pushing for 'wolf in sheeps clothing' style slavery, without any real opposition from anyone including the government (public service)

We have the bankers & Corporate heads, essentially OWNING the U.S government, U.K, Australia, and I can't speak for the rest of the world but I recognise the trend here.

that above statement assumes that the bankers firstly always put 'pulling the plug' on the table as what will happen if they don't get there way. This doesn't necessarily have to be their only means of influence, the corporate heads are dependent on the bankers until the economy crashes, will do their bidding, so for e.g. the owners of TV stations, can program whatever they want.

The more I think about it, the more I think we're living in an entirely unregulated world due to corruption, and the bulk of successful policing & regulating happens to the public (in the public realm). Does this mean their truely IS a divide between "us" and "them"????????

So lets also consider that if the bankers pulled the plug, economies crashed, that a lot of the financial top-dogs in this world, have national park sized properties with mansions & shopping malls & entire villages, which are just waiting to be filled with hundreds of 'hand picked friends'. Based on this and other things I don't have the space to go into, The 'elite' or 'illuminati' would more or less remain unscratched by the global crash of the monitory system.

Still, even then, things are more sophisticated than that i'm sure, they don't need to crash the economy, just merge the currencies like they are. they don't need to merge the currencies either, just manufacture a new virus & quarantine, then as part of the detanee process, chip em. Containment 'post-chipping' will be a piece of cake for them. Basically I'm saying they have 100 & 1 different ways of achieving NWO status, all with varying degrees of sustainability, efficiency & 'uglyness'. the ethnic cleansing of hitler & the polished futurism of the venus project are still both valid means of achieving a NWO goal.

So lets break this 'war' down into 'battles'....

First problem - at some point, money began being loaned to people that didn't physically exist, this 1:1 ratio needs to be restored.

Second problem - Money redeemable for 'something'; used to be gold, should at least be 'something'.

Third problem - Public control, more influence in desicion making should be given to the very people who will suffer the consequences, desicion making should be defined by "who is involved in this?" (which is essentially everyone).

Fourth problem - Materialism - You can thank the american government & descendants of froyd for that one. Its a psychological means of preventing riots established early on in the 1900's in america & its grown into a monster of its own & taken over everything. Literally everything. The truth about these psychological techniques & the true history of our being duped by it for close to 100 years now, needs to be made widely available and become common knowledge, then when the awareness is up, the mood will change, discussion will occur, action will eventuate.

Fifth problem - Capitalism/Globalisation/Privatisation - all the same thing essentially, all tied up in a neat little package with the veins of corruption permeating every aspect of society & with the publics materialistic values, together, the whole thing is self sustaining & self promoting. Regardless of why things are being privatised, the result is the same, broke countries getting poorer & a lower standard of living, the standard being sacrificed by the private companies for sake of profit margin.

the list goes on....

So what can I personally do about it?

easy,
talk about it, use your unique skill set to communicate your message. For me, its music & art, I can write songs, design art, produce t-shirts...
so increasing awareness & fighting for increased awareness is one thing..

also you can reduce dependence & influence. So by that I mean, go 'off grid' and live self sufficiently. This is definitely do-able, just takes some time & commitment, give yourself 3-5 years to achieve it, then start working towards the goal straight away. $20 less of a monthly bill, is $20 more to put toward the next step...wind turbine for e.g....in turn pays for the rainwater tank....pays for the filtration....etc

and the influence, by this I mean, don't pay attention to advertising or trends anymore. Ignore the trends. Refuse to 'develop interest' about things you personally & truely AREN'T interested in. You can do this by learning exactly what psychological practices are used EVERYWHERE in media & then in turn defend against it. It reminds me of the simpsons episode where all the billboards come to life & lisa writes that song at the end "just don't look, just don't look"......boycott

Hey. I live quite near an MOD testing centre in the UK , and my father used to work on the site as a lifting tackle inspector, also picking up shifts as a flag changer, and a flare observer. Serco used to handle the site and its running, from the early nineties till just after the new millenium hit.
I heard of a few "industrial accidents" on the site , and also got to visit the ranges at the site on open days (basicaly all the relatives of the staff t the base get to come see what thier loved ones do for thier money). I have seen feild guns fired, and messed about in armoured vehicles at these events.
Apparantly at some point there was an incident where a chap got a limb blown off and lost an eye or something while looking for an unexploded round from a weapon test. I heard the payout was pathetic , but you dont argue with the government, and you sure as hell dont argue with its less scrupulous corperate pal either . Horses head in your bed doesnt QUITE cover it .

that's sad but not surprising, Serco's actions don't reflect their 'mission statement' of outstanding moral & ethical practice, and as the governments continue to privatise more & more we all suffer.

Hungry Beast just started new season 2010 last night, HB being the Alt news show I got the Serco video from, Its an australian show, last year you could download the episodes for a limited time and there are DEFINATE censorship efforts being undertaken at the website - so be quick to grab what you can if you're interested.

This thread/topic hasn't gotten the attention it deserves from me lately due to a whole pile of crazy # going on in my personal life right now but as soon as I can find some time I'll be furthering the efforts of this thread if possible.

I've never heard of them either, and it is worrying that a single company can have so much potential control.

I did a bit of digging, and something struck me as odd....I deal a lot in stocks and shares etc and I was looking at thier stock prices across the various markets and company groups...

....whats odd, is that ever since it was listed on markets, its pretty much always had an upward trend...this companies stock price has never bombed more than 20% and has always recovered quickly and continued growth.

Pretty much every single company on the markets at the end of 2007 lost MASSIVE value on thier stocks, many over 50% loss, even more hitting 80-90% loss, yet this company sufferes a mere 20% hit and starts recovering IMMEDIATELY!

You can check it out yourself.....very odd. One would think that having its fingers in so many pies and industries that were hit hard, why its stock price stayed up....maybe I'll invest, it seems a winner lmao
