Star!
It is like a trap.
Once its set and sprung you cant get out.
The loss of raw talent is tragic.
Thanks!

Now they wont work at all for me!

I just took them out.

Thanks for letting me know..

If anyone has any updates, you can throw it up here if you want.
I'm just kinda curious myself.
Seems a bit suspicious, but tragic nontheless!

Lol. sorry for doing it in sarcasm.

The dumb broad killed herself.

If I shoot myself in the head did Smith and Wesson kill me or did I kill myself?

Thanks for all that info. Very interesting for sure. Just it's like the chicken or the egg right ? Even if no drugs at all, we can't be sure they would have been fully recovered...

You're so right. The side effects can be as risky and cause as much harm. I do believe that dealing with a serious disease, can make people desperate, and climb for hope of any kind. And among those who abuse desperation are the profit makers.

To hang on to the hope that these people would still be alive now, if they had not used prescription drugs...That would be "false" i think. If so i find that very sad indeed. We never know...

It depends on the doctor you get too. When I commenced treatment for depression, my doctor and I went through a number of options for what medication I was on. The one Im on had very little chance of side effects that could be potentially damaging, and I am glad to say that I experienced none of them. It ceases to amaze me how there are a few doctors out there that fail to explain the risks associated with some medications, especially when there are better alternatives available.

Im not sure how the GP's are over in the USA but so far here in Australia, Ive never come across a doctor that just prescribed anything without going through it first.

No big pharma didn't kill another celeb., another celeb killed another celeb.

Big pharma didn't make her mix pills.

If this young woman did indeed die from an overdose of Rx meds, it was because she abused them. Most (if not all) medicine, when taken properly as directed, will not cause sudden death.

Prescription meds by themselves usually sit in a bottle without so much as thinking about doing harm. It requires a human to pick up, open and abuse them before they become dangerous.

I haven't looked into the sports world but some of my FAV actors went along these same lines.
Ken Wall, Wise Guys.
Jan Michael Vincent, Air Wolf.
Gary Busey, you name it.
One of the most scary aspects of it all is who and what group has replaced them all!!!!
Get my drift??

Technically, neither.
The bullet did.

Thank you Ozman for that!

Sounds like you guys are better off!

I remember on Sancho's thread we were amazed at the stories of better care people receive elsewhere!
Once again thank you!
Not much as important as ones health if you think about it.
Without it what do you really have left?

Well said. Just another celebrity with a problem. If you have an addictive personality and the money to go for it, you can pick your poison of choice. Brittany killed Brittany.

Brittany Murphy died of cardiac arrest not a heart attack.

Two very different disorders a heart attack is from blocked cardiac blood vessels. cardiac arrest is where the heart stops beating for one of many reasons. the media needs to learn medical terms and there proper use.

One of the drug they found was Methylprednisolone and used for a number of auto immune disorders like systemic lupus erythematosus.

Systemic lupus erythematosus does cause sudden cardiac arrest in some.
there are a number of pain disorders that go along with systemic lupus erythematosus like fibromyalgia and that would account for the pain meds.
and with fibromyalgia many have sleep disorders and many doctor proscribe drugs like Fluoxetine a anti depressant as a long term safe sleep med.

Till the tox screen comes back we will know nothing but are just guessing

Kewl! Thanks for the new info to the thread!
I actually have fibromyalgia.
Members of my family do as well.
There are so many other safer remedies!
Even an asprin is better than some possibly more toxic pharmacutical. IMO
It is this cycle of needing a pill for everything also that isnt good.
What happened to warm milk and a hot bath?

I treat mine with stretching and exercise.
I try to eat well and drink lotsa water.
I try to get adjusted about once a month.
Sometimes if the pain gets too bad I will take one soma, but I hate to.
And I rarely do anyway. As long as I stick to my regiment!

Also try to get a back and neck massage about once a month.
It is all expensive sure, but it beats thousands upon thousands at the hospital! Not to mention possible death, etc.

Other than that just herb teas and supplements when needed!
I am so thankfull I found another way!

Yeah, it's a shame. I was shocked to hear of her death. She was one of my favorites. She was a beautiful person inwardly and outwardly. God bless her.
