So when i meditate should i embrace negative energys instead of possitive ones?

Why would someone ever seriously pose that question?

Come on then you cant just say that and not follow it up. You obviously disagree but why?

Or maybe you dont even know your self?

The concept of embracing anything negative is silly. I don't think I need to go into a diatribe to tell you why.

Neither embrace it or push it away. Simply observe it without expectation and it will likely disappear. You don't try to get into the right mood for meditating, instead you start meditating and let the meditation put you in the right mood. The goal is to stop thinking, relax, and BE.

I never interperted the two kinds of energy as fixed positive and negative. I always seen it as two kinds of energy that can be applied for both purposes. So why bother? just embrace your energy, your proces!

Oh! And something I didn't say before.

I think negative energy and negative mindset are different things.

People with a negative mindset, can have positive energy.
Since you feel like you're a happy person, and you definetely don't strike me as a bad/nasty person you could have a negative mindset, but a positive energy flow.

Just meditate on what feels right, I'm sure if you have good intentions then it doesn't matter either way
