Another current thread made mention of a Tibetan monk prediction that in 2012 the earth will be intervened upon by ETs to prevent us from wiping ourselves out by some sort of nuclear war.

I did a quick search of a date mentioned in conjunction with the Operation Blackjack (June 21, 2010) and on a national news website (ABC - Australian Broadcasting Commison - generally acknowledged by most Australians to be very reliable) I was able to find a list of all news events reported on the site that day. Bearing in mind that some of these are obviously more Australian-centric, they reflect what is going on in other parts of the world. Others are interesting because of the connotations and links, such as the article about the elections in Poland after the suspicious plane crash. Some of interest were :

There are probably stories like this everyday. But I thought I'd just indulge a little and see if any of this looked to be part of this so called greater plan that the Operation Blackjack hinted at beginning on this day.

Certainly most of those stories relate some how to environmental and military issues brought up by the OP's find.

That is the document the Think Tanks came up with to create "scenarios" to keep the country going even tho we have most of the population on Social Security and medicare. (70 million+ baby boomers)

Hence why we have to leave our southern border open and allow anyone in that wants to come into the US. We need the extra tax payers even if they plot to kill us.

-Following that the silly amounts of mortgages given to people that could never repay them
-In 2005 Congress forced the banks to give mortgages to illegal immigrants with no ID's

+10 million illegals bought and sold homes between themselves and fled America with $6 Trillion.
In 2000 GMAC was also giving the illegals auto loans with nothing but 2 utility bills and those vehicles were driven out of the country and never paid for.

The Think Tanks never thought about this economic warfare would eventually bankrupt the US and destroy our image abroad. Now the entire World is coming together against us in every UN Resolution vote...and we may be made the new "Nazis" the world may come together and defeat so they can enslave us with reparations as well as scoop up what remains of our assets after the War. The world always needs a bad guy. We're currently the bad guy for everyone on Earth. Deals will be stricken by insolvent nations that are our allies to join in and take us down.

Those illegal aliens in the US even if offered free citizenship would never take it. They are loyal to Mexico and the other countries they are from. They are only here to steal and pillage whatever they can get. If they realize they could get more by joining forces against us, they will...and are.

The original post is from four years ago, so it is possible that the link died sometime in the past four years.

However (and as I previously posted on this thread almost four years ago), this sounded to me as simply a contingency plan. The military has contingency plans for plenty of "what if" scenarios. That doesn't mean they are expecting those scenarios to happen, but they want to be prepared if need be.

For example, the U.S. military has a contingency plan for invading Canada -- although they don't expect they will be doing so.

Is there on that cited document anything related to time-travel and the manipulation of timelines or hidding military/government secrets on "time vaults"?
