It is really very easy.

1) say how important it is in MSM

2) say how there is not enough for everyone and people will fight over them.

Or just put guns to peoples heads and tell them they will take the shot or have their brains blown out. 9.9 times out of 10 it would work without a hitch, the other .1 times you might need a mop and a bucket.
