I must respectfully disagree.
It is true there has been much talk for the past 250 years of a race war; Native Americans vs. Colonists', Slaves vs. Masters, Blacks vs. Whites,
Immigrants vs. Citizens. But, history does show us that any true Civil War is based on class status. Only once, that I can recall, in written history
did a "Slave Revolt" turn into a true revolution; Haiti. That revolution was based on the thoughts which allowed Napoleon to fight all over Europe
at the time, equality of man, so, it really wasn't a "Race War". Resources were stretched too thin, so, Haiti was to be free and Louisiana was to
be sold. I digress...
The ultimate difficulty with a "Race War" is similiar to what you mentioned; who may be on which side? Example; I am white, I would never kill
another human because the color of their skin color. I would fight to defend another person that is being persecuted for their ethnicity. Does that
make me a collaborator or a Fifth Columnist? I am not an original in my thoughts, so there will be many more like me. This type of "War" is more
likely a riot. The people in Rhode Island do not have the same feelings as the people in California. The people in Orlando do not have the same
feeling as the people in Gainsville. The shallow feeling of racism is too localized to become a war.
