New Portishead is a Monster Track

Big fan of Portishead here. Especially the first three albums after which I sorta lost track of them but, after hearing the new MONSTER single! they just put out I'm going to make a point of getting acquainted with their recent stuff.

Just thought I'd let fellow Portishead fans know that the trio has a new single out and despite being over five and a half minutes long, it's definitely a musical definition of the old saying "always leave them wanting more"!!

It's called "Chase The Tear" (like tearing paper, not crying) and you can watch the video of them playing it on the following page: www.portishead.co.uk...

They are only selling this as a digital download and are donating all proceeds to a cause... but you can watch it and enjoy it whatever your feelings on that issue and I hope you do.
