Not Full Disclosure, but the necessary Little Steps to spread the basic informations about The Extraterrestrial Phenomenon to a huge and heterogenic public.

I guess that it is best that they are on again, that way Joe Q out in the world that has never seen it can do so. For the rest of us it is a big yawn. We need new material. I was really hoping that the disclosure project would have jump started everything, but that did not happen.
