Mine is this one!

It's poetry in motion
He turned his tender eyes to me
As deep as any ocean
As sweet as any harmony
Mmm - but he blinded me with science
"He blinded me with science!"
And failed me in biology

When I'm dancing close to him
"Blinding me with science - science!"
I can smell the chemicals
"Blinding me with science - science!"
"Science!"
"Science!"

Mmm - but it's poetry in motion
And when he turned his eyes to me
As deep as any ocean
As sweet as any harmony
Mmm - but he blinded me with science
And failed me in geometry

When he's dancing next to me
"Blinding me with science - science!"
"Science!"
I can hear machinery
"Blinding me with science - science!"
"Science!"

It's poetry in motion
And now he's making love to me
The spheres are in commotion
The elements in harmony
He blinded me with science
"He blinded me with science!"
And hit me with technology

"Go to heaven! Mister Sakamoto - you're beautiful!"
I -I don't believe it!
There he goes again!
He's tidied up, and I can't find anything!
All my tubes and wires
And careful notes
And antiquated notions

But! - it's poetry in motion
And when he turned his eyes to me
As deep as any ocean
As sweet as any harmony
Mmm - but he blinded me with science
"He blinded me with - with science!"
He blinded me with

This is the one that speaks to me more now than any other song I have ever heard in my entire life.

:

People say I'm Crazy doing what I'm doing
Well they give me all kinds of warnings to save me from ruin
When I say that I'm o.k. they look at me kind of strange
Surely you're not happy now you no longer play the game

People say I'm lazy dreaming my life away
Well they give me all kinds of advice designed to enlighten me
When I tell them that I'm doing fine watching shadows on the wall
Don't you miss the big time boy you're no longer on the ball?

I'm just sitting here watching the wheels go round and round
I really love to watch them roll
No longer riding on the merry-go-round
I just had to let it go

People asking questions lost in confusion
Well I tell them there's no problem, only solutions
Well they shake their heads and look at me as if I've lost my mind
I tell them there's no hurry...
I'm just sitting here doing time

I'm just sitting here watching the wheels fo round and round
I really love to watch them roll
No longer riding on the merry-go-round
I just had to let it go

New Order, "True Faith"

I feel so extraordinary
Somethings got a hold on me
I get this feeling Im in motion
A sudden sense of liberty
I dont care cause Im not there
And I dont care if Im here tomorrow
Again and again Ive taken too much
Of the things that cost you too much
I used to think that the day would never come
Id see delight in the shade of the morning sun
My morning sun is the drug that brings me near
To the childhood I lost, replaced by fear
I used to think that the day would never come
That my life would depend on the morning sun...

When I was a very small boy,
Very small boys talked to me
Now that weve grown up together
Theyre afraid of what they see
Thats the price that we all pay
Our valued destiny comes to nothing
I cant tell you where were going
I guess there was just no way of knowing
I used to think that the day would never come
Id see delight in the shade of the morning sun
My morning sun is the drug that brings me near
To the childhood I lost, replaced by fear
I used to think that the day would never come
That my life would depend on the morning sun...

I feel so extraordinary
Somethings got a hold on me
I get this feeling Im in motion
A sudden sense of liberty
The chances are weve gone too far
You took my time and you took my money
Now I fear youve left me standing
In a world thats so demanding
I used to think that the day would never come
Id see delight in the shade of the morning sun
My morning sun is the drug that brings me near
To the childhood I lost, replaced by fear
I used to think that the day would never come
That my life would depend on the morning sun...

It?s coming through is alive.
What?s holding up is a mirror.
But what?s singing songs is a snake
Looking to turn this piss to wine.

They?re both totally void of hate,
But killing me just the same.

The snake behind me hisses
What my damage could have been.
My blood before me begs me
Open up my heart again.

And I feel this coming over like a storm again.
Considerately.

Venomous voice, tempts me,
Drains me, bleeds me,
Leaves me cracked and empty.
Drags me down like some sweet gravity.

The snake behind me hisses
What my damage could have been.
My blood before me begs me
Open up my heart again.

And I feel this coming over like a storm again.

I am too connected to you to
Slip away, to fade away.
Days away I still feel you
Touching me, changing me,
And considerately killing me.

Without the skin,
Beneath the storm,
Under these tears
The walls came down.

And the snake is drowned and
As I look in his eyes,
My fear begins to fade
Recalling all of those times.

I could have cried then.
I should have cried then.

And as the walls come down and
As I look in your eyes
My fear begins to fade
Recalling all of the times
I have died
And will die.
It?s all right.
I don?t mind.

I am too connected to you to
Slip away, to fade away.
Days away I still feel you
Touching me, changing me,

And considerately killing me.

Now the evening shadows closing,
Warm from toil to peaceful rest,
Mystic arts and rights reposing,
Sacred in each faithful breast.

God of Light! whose love unceasing,
Doth to all Thy works extend,
Crown our Order with Thy blessing,
Build; sustain us to the end.

Humbly now we bow before Thee
Grateful for Thy aid Divine;
Everlasting power and glory,
Mighty Architect! be Thine.

SCORPIONS -
We'll Burn the Sky

Music: Rudolf Schenker
Lyrics: Monika Dannemann

I'm in love with the sunshine
I'm in love with the falling rain
everything seems to call your name
yesterday you were leaving
leaving life and all the pain
everything wants you back again.

I've found myself through you
and there was love in my life
I felt always naturally high and my love had a home
but now my mind has started to roam
you're my life giving fire and you carried all my love
through you I was so inspired
you're engraved deep in my heart

My dreams recall us being one
I've searched for you to be free
my force of life you have always been
I Feel blue since you've gone
your breath of love surrounded me
when can I rejoin you to be free

Wait, can this be a dream
there is a voice in my head
it belongs to you, it say's
don't cry, no need to be sad
there's a way to stay with you again
it's more than you ever had
and no death brings us apart
our timeless love always grows
because you are in my other heart

I know we've never been apart
your love sets fire to my heart
we'll burn the sky
when it's time for me to die
we'll burn the sky...

So many to choose from. I guess mine would have to be the live version of Skynard's "Freebird." A truely rocking tune.

Yeah, for an all time favorite song, its a hard call, I was stuck between John Lennon, Fleetwood Mac,Ozzy/BlackSabbath and Megadeth.

Megadeth, there's a band I haven't heard in a while. Didn't they have a track about 18 years ago called "Area 51"? The song was the 1st track, really good tune.

The Streak
by Ray Stevens

SPOKEN: Hello, ev'ryone, This is your Action News reporter with all the news that
is news across the nation on the scene at the supermarket. There seems to have
been some disturbance here. Pardon me, sir, did you see what happened?

SPOKEN: Yeah, I did. I's standin' over there by the tomaters and here he comes-
runnin' through the pole beans, through the fruits ''n' vegetables, nekked as a
jaybird. 'n' I hollered over t'Ethel, I said "DON'T LOOK, ETHEL!!" 'n' it's too late-
she'd already been INcensed.

(Here he comes)
Looka dat, looka dat
(There he goes)
Looka dat, looka dat
(And he ain't wearin' no clothes)

Whoa, yes they call him The Streak
(Looka dat, looka dat)
Fastest thing on two feet
Looka dat, looka dat
He's just as proud as he can be of his anatomy
He gun give us a peek
Oh, yes they call him The Streak
(Looka dat, looka dat)
He likes to show off his physique
(Looka dat, looka dat)
If there's an audience to be found
He'll be streakin' A-round invitin' public critique

SPOKEN: This is your Action News reporter once again and we're here at the gas
station. Pardon me, sir, did you see what happened?

SPOKEN: Yeah, I did. I's just in here gettin' my tawres checked 'n' he just
appeared outta the back. Come streakin' around the grease rack there-didn't have
nuthin on but a smile!! I looked at her and Ethel was gettin' 'er a cold drink. I
hollered "DON'T LOOK, ETHEL!!" But it's too late-she'd already been MOONED!!
Flashed her right there in front of the shock absorbers!!

(He ain't crude)
(Looka dat, looka dat)
(He ain't rude)
(Looka dat, looka dat)
(He's just in the mood to run in the nude)

Whoa, yes they call him The Streak
(Looka dat, looka dat)
He likes to turn other cheek
(Looka dat, looka dat)
He's always makin' the news wearin' just his tennis shoes
Guess you could call him unique

SPOKEN: Once again, your Action News reporter in the booth at the gym covering
the disturbance at the basketball playoff. Pardon me, sir, did you see what
happened?

SPOKEN: Yeah, I did. Halftime, I's just goin' down there to get Ethel a snow cone.
Here he come, right outta the cheap seats, dribblin'. Right down the middle of the
floor. Didn't have on nothin' but his Keds! Made a hook shot and got out through
the concession stand. I hollered up at Ethel, I said "DON'T LOOK, ETHEL!!"..Too
late. She'd already gotten a free shot. Grandstand. Right there in front of the
home team.

Whoa, yes they call him The Streak

CLOSING: Not totally decipherable because 3 things are going on at once. Ray is
singing a verse and the backup singers are doing (Looka dat, looka dat) while Ray,
on an overlaid track is speaking "Ethel! Is that you
Ethel? < He's just as proud as he can be > What do you think
you're doin? < He gonna give us a peek> You get your clothes on !!"
Whoa, yes they call him The Streak
"Ethel, where you goin'? < He likes to show off his physique> Ethel, you
shameless hussy!!" invitin' public critique> Say it isn't SO, Ethel!!

Well, that or
Bohemian Rhapsody

written by Freddie Mercury

Mama
Just killed a man
Put a gun against his head
Pulled my trigger, now he's dead

Mama
Life has just begun
But now I've gone and thrown it all away

Mama, ooh
I didn't mean to make you cry
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow

On, carry on
Nothing really matters

Too late
My time has come
Sends shivers down my spine
Body's aching all the time

Goodbye, everybody
I've got to go
Gotta leave you all behind and face the truth

Mama, ooh
I don't want to die
I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all

On, carry on
Nothing really matters
I didn't mean to make you cry
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow

On, carry on
Nothing really matters
No, I don't want to die
I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all

On, carry on
Nothing really matters

So you think you can stop and spit in my eye
So you think you can love me and leave me to die

Oh, baby
Can't do this, baby
Just gotta get right out of here

Oh, baby
Can't do this, baby
Just gotta get right out of here

On, carry on
Nothing really matters
I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all

On, carry on
Nothing really matters

Nothing really matters
Anyone can see
Nothing really matters to me

Anyway the wind blows

GONG
