These superstorms are not physically possible - although possibly we might see some extreme events if a large comet hit the Earth or Yellowstone erupted.

Exactly what Essan said.

Its pure science fiction that anything like this could even remotely happen. All the ocean currents would have to dramtically change for a start, and that virtually impossible, let alone even plausible. All the most severe circular storms will continue to occur near the tropics, although deep polar low pressure systems can be quite intense too. But for 3 to form at that size and in that way in the poles is just fantasy. Another problem lies with the equalisation of the atmosphere. You simply cant have 3 low pressure systems in such close proximity to each other, existing. One will cancel out the other, combining it to one system before it even heads south

Well now that you informed the great red spot (storm) on Jupiter it is impossible it should vanish in a puff of logic any second now.

Thats a ridiculous comparison

The great red spot and Jupiter are completely different compositions to the Earth. The size difference allows for more extreme wind conditions on Jupiter as does the temperature difference.

If that was your basis for proving Essan wrong, it didnt work and just gioes to show how little logic some people have
