There breaking the law anyway by not having a wide load sign posted, and the police don't care. Makes you wonder why they can break the law, but let another trucker have load like this with no sign and see what he gets.

I live in arlington been living here my whole life. Just lately I have noticed a lot more air traffic in the sky. Some lights I cant explain even tonight before going to a movie there were at least five different "planes" gov or e.t. not sure but they are flying around in what seems to be a search pattern. I used to live right under the incoming flights by DFW so I know what planes look like. The light patterns on some seem strange as well at times either the plane is making a bank turn and the head beams are shinning my way or it seems that the whole plane just lights up for three seconds then stops and then does it once more before leveling out . And one random side note.......there has been a small cesna making laps around arlington during clear nights not sure what that might be about but I'm looking into that. I'm a skeptic at heart so these are just observations.

After further research I can say with 100% certainy, that this is a military jet, most likely the f-35 with the wings folded up, or off. This is a military jet, thats why they didn't cover it, it was coming from a manufactor right up the road.

Vought Aircraft Industries , Inc.
9314 W. Jefferson Blvd.
Dallas, Texas 75211

Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc. is an independent manufacturer of aerostructures for commercial, military and business jet aircraft in the world. The Company develops and manufactures fuselages, wings and wing assemblies, empennages (tail assemblies comprised of horizontal and vertical stabilizers, elevators and rudders), aircraft doors, nacelle components (the structures around engines) and control surfaces (such as rudders, spoilers, ailerons and flaps) as well as rotorcraft cabins and substructures. These aerostructures are subsequently integrated by its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers into a wide range of commercial, military and business jet aircraft. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include VAC Industries, Inc., Vought Commercial Aircraft Corporation and Contour Aerospace Corporation (Contour).

I called, nice lady answered and told me that in fact yes it ws a military jet, and they had all been getting a good laugh around the office over all the attention it got, and to think people would actually think it was a u.fo, lol thats what she said not me. She also added, well it couldn't be a ufo, because it wasn't flying, and it was identified by the entire Dallas police dept.

"mystery solved, took me 17 mins."

Any questions or doubt...Call them yourelf.....Phone: (972) 946-2011

Definitely not a commercial adventure (e.g. advertising balloon, movie prop). No wide load sign. The Dallas police (oh, the irony!) would be all over it.
Personal opinion. The hull does not resemble a F-35.

They went down Jefferson, took a right on North Walton Walker blvd, another right on Spur, stayed to the right on Spur South Patriot parkway, and took the exit ramp onto I-20 Lydon Johnson fwy. The police was used for escort, due to a little higher traffic for that morning than usual. All went well, other than when some folks called a radio station, and now all the ufo reports. Come on folks, did you really think they hauled a exterrestrial space craft down I-20?......Did you really believe that?

Yes I called with good reason, call, press #1, ask for smith, in engineering, trust me lol! (he may answer, if not leave a message he will get back to you.

One of the first things you get in black ops school is a heat resistant black tarp to match your outfit.

Need more?..here you go, right off their website.

DALLAS, NOV. 11, 2009 – Vought Aircraft Industries has taken possession of an F-35C Lightning II joint strike fighter test article from Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co. and will perform full-scale drop testing on the aircraft in early 2010.

The tests are being conducted to verify the strength of the F-35C Navy variant landing gear and airframe structure for carrier landing operations. Pre-test aircraft preparation includes the installation of special drop test fixtures, test systems and instrumentation on the aircraft. Actual drop testing is currently estimated to start in January and continue through April at the Vought Structures Test Lab here.

“Our Dallas facility has a long history of conducting carrier suitability testing for Navy aircraft,” said John Vaught, manager, Vought’s Structures Development and Prototyping Labs. “We are thrilled to conduct a test program on a transformational fighter jet that is designed for survivability in the 21st century.”

Test objectives include structural verification of the aircraft landing gear and airframe for critical landing conditions.

Over 500 channels of data will be recorded during each drop test event to measure loads, stresses, deflections and accelerations at various locations on the landing gear and airframe. High-speed video cameras will also be utilized to document each test event.

As a former prime contractor to the U.S. Navy, Vought’s Dallas facility designed, built and conducted drop tests on the A-7 and F-8. It also supported Lockheed Martin by providing S-3A drop tests. Vought has performed static and durability tests on a number of other aircraft as well, including the S-3A, EA-6B, B-2, P-3, A-10 wing, Global Hawk wing, C-17 horizontal stabilizer, and F-14 wings and nacelles.

You guys get what this means right, they are dropping it from very high up, and determining how it's structure holds up.

Do you know what part of the F-35 they produce at the factory in Texas? It still doesn't make much sense, if it was a section of a F-35 coming from the factory there it would have been covered up(with a tarp) I'd be damned if I would have let a multi-million dollar section of a plane on the back of a flatbed exposed to who knows what coming from the road that the rig would pick up and throw back that could damage it.

Also from the bits and pieces that I have picked up for complete silence about the event is very weird. Of course there is always the explanation that it is a cover story conducted by the CIA, but then again the best hiding place is in plain site.

I don't know, the plane theory doesn't sit right with me.

So by your reckoning they wouldn't haul a multi million dollar F-35 fusilage uncovered because it of its worth but they would haul an uncovered UFO which would be absolutely priceless also risking contaminating the whole route with god knows what a UFO may be contaminated with.

I don't think you are telling the truth, there is no lady working there. If you press 1 it simply asks which employee you wish to speak with, so how did you manage to speak with a woman?

At least one radio station, 97.9 The Beat - Call Letters KBFB, did in fact go live with caller input about the incident. (As I understand, the station now denies it ever aired anything about the event)

This one has been getting some press. It’s allegedly pictures of a UFO on the back of an 18-wheeler going down I-20. A man called the local radio station 97.9 the Beat, claiming that he took the pics and there were several government cars following the flatbed which was carrying the massive UFO.

Police escorts were forcing people to exit and shutting down ramps getting onto the highway. It actually looks real, but of course the pics are blurry as hell and hard to see.

It’s easy to declare as fake at first glance, but it starts getting fishy when you take into account that the radio station has been told not to replay the audio, and their email system has allegedly gone automatic. Government intervention? Who knows these days.

The pics first appeared on Twitter and have been generating quite a stir. Is it so crazy to think the government is transporting a UFO down a highway on a flatbed.

Many people have even stated that they believe this could be a prop. Okay... maybe. BUT... props are typically moved in stages, and are not guarded by unmarked black Tahoes and Hummers accompanied by Dallas Police Department. Also not in the middle of the night.

Take a look at the 2 pics from twitter and show me the hummers and tahoes that you claim are "guarding" it.
Show me the lack of a wide load sign that people are claiming isn't there. You cant because the 2 pics are such poor quality.
Can you even prove that the so called patrolmans story and the 2 twitter pics are even linked. I doubt it.

I do not believe that the police officer met with the UFO investigator. I think you read the account incorrectly. They only talked through the Internet.
