In a website with user-generated content, it is up to the users to chose the quality of the material. If they don't like something, they shouldn't
star and flag it, or skip over it. Or better yet, they should contribute some material they think would be more appropriate. What I see going on is
people coming here just for their information, and when they don't like what they see they start fervently pointing fingers outward. Not realizing
that they already have the tools to improve content. And going "waah, waah, waah" is not one of those tools.
If people get fed up with stuff that they deem 'weird' or 'crazy', then give up and LEAVE, then all that's left is those weird or crazy
subjects. Come on, y'all. Is it really that hard to SCROLL past the topics you don't like? Or is it too much of a hassle to use your discretion
to choose what is or isn't worth your time? In a world where we have to make decisions to choose our friends and lifestyles, you don't come to ATS
to be spoon-fed your favorite side of the story. In fact, it's quite the opposite. The different viewpoints on here are part of the fun of the
site. Deal with it.
I haven't made any new threads yet because i'm fairly new and still looking for something worth posting. But I realize that one group of people
calling another the ENEMY is just as bad as any other. So you won't be seeing an anti-ATS-diversity post from me.
