ATS is losing its common sense. I have seen entire threads brimming with stars and flags while all the information is from Rense. Especially on the enviromental debate both sides yell complete lies and throw proxy data at each other. Its falling appart.

The time it takes to post a stupid thread about how much ATS sucks these days, could be used to post an awesome thread about cool stuff.

There are now three threads like this going, complaining about ATS. Compaining about debunkers.
Members give these whiners 50+ stars/flags for basically crying, and the people who work really hard to bring you cool stories and articles dont even get ONE reply/flag/star on their post. These crybaby threads get in the top new stories section, and thats wrong. It has nothing to do with sciience/conspiracy.

Maybe they are tired of being debunked. Whatever. Thats what this website is for. The quest for the truth.
People like MR MASK and PHAGE like to challenge theories, especially the silly ones. Thats what this website is about. Truth. If you think something is fake, say so.

This thread, is an anti-whine thread, that is essentially fighting whining with whining. Which I dont understand. Either way. Quit. Find some interesting stuff and post about it.

I cant belive that when people are faced with data that they cant disprove (or if they are too lazy to reaserch) they will call the presenter an disinfo agent.

Stars and flags don't indicate that the thread or a post has any quality. They only show how many supporters one or the other theory has.

You want to know what makes ATS less than the best?
What makes it no different than the rest, what makes it rot from the inside?

The fact that someone can get banned eternally for something small and ridiculous because of a specific staff members attitude or general demeanor.


The facts that certain subjects are shunned because of the outside populaces general ignorant perspective on such and from that, there closed minded state on even allowing such discussion to occur. Bending from outside authority and not truly setting the needed example.

If ATS and it's members really want to be different, then perhaps they should be, should they not?

In order to discover truth is it not necessary to entirely cover all aspects or will you just choose what fits the picture according to your own personal beliefs and ideal traditions?

You cannot pick and choose if you expect to find "real" truth as it is.

When management prohibits certain areas of interest, that is picking and choosing and not allowing the necessary process to occur that will cover all sides of what is essential to unravel the mysteries. Simply put, it mirrors all the areas of religion, society and corruption that it claims to differ from.

Like in society, ATS needs it's own revolution if it plans to uphold its claims truthfully and accomplish something worthwhile.

Just like in government, more and more boundaries are established to protect what? To protect who?

To protect the ignorant. To protect those with agendas. It is all a giant mirrored reflection of everything else if you look close enough. Yes there has to be order but what a convenient excuse to implement more restrictions and such. It's all there to see if you all just take a look.

Now onto somewhere where boundaries of formed opinion don't limit me and my quest in "the way it is", not the way it is wanted or percieved....

I believe that ATS is a very good site for discovering the truth, or just how difficult the truth is to obtain.

I have noticed a lot of people who seem to be flooding ats with an attempt to discredit. I think with any type of success, you need to accept the bad with the good, and up security. The topics on here are risque to say the least, and heated emotions can happen between those that don't understand civilized debate. I have noticed there are a lot of "I KNOW FOR A FACTS" on here. I can say they typically happen around religious (and anti) topics the most.

The sad truth, is that no one here KNOWS for a fact anything. Upon reading that you may want to start flooding my U2U with proof, please don't, it was just a generalization. Although, if you want to send me random stuff and ask my opinion on whether I think it's real or not, I have a good eye for design, and am experienced with many different image techniques in digital format (ie. merely uping contrast WILL show blocky patterns, but that's how the image is programmed to handle filesize, not a secret alien base.... most of the time ).

I try to handle most things I read and hear with a logical mind. Sometimes, I let my emotions get the better of me, but not usually. We are all human (hopefully hehe).

Helping your brothers and sisters on this planet should be a common goal, but unfortunately it's not always the case. To those I say, "Good luck on your journey".

One thing I will say, THANK GOD THIS PLACE ISNT ANYTHING LIKE 4CHAN.ORG. OMG that place....

If you think it's hard to come to a conclusion in a debate here, try opening a thread there. If it doesn't fill with people saying you win or fail, then it's porn. Logical debate is not allowed I believe. Albeit, highly entertaining it is.

I look forward to many years of contributing (or trying to rather), and providing help where and when I can.

I cheers all of those who have put countless hours into their research and postings, and I will always remember the amazing things I have learned while here. Of course, regardless of how crazy people think I am now "D

I always encourage those that have a problem with ATS to either contribute to the discussion and correcting of any problems real or perceived, or go whine somewhere else. The last thing we need is a site full of whiners discouraging intelligent debate by taking up valuable flagged header space with their crap.

ATS is User Generated. And that also means that you have to at least participate in discussion about where the site should go and back it up. If you can't be bothered to do that, then don't complain when things don't go your way. ATS is not about believing in conspiracies it is about discussing them.

Technically, ATS already has babies. BTS, AP, etc.

While I do agree with some of the nagging threads about ATS' negativity, I find it easy to sift through. The really good threads on this site are what keep me coming back, which I'd say heavily outweighs the crap that gets posted here.

People have different points of views, and perhaps they bring something into a discussion because they think it is relevant, even though you may consider it off topic. Threads develop, have a life of it's own, and a "derailment" can also be interesting. It can offer a new perspective, new information, so it doesn't have to be a bad thing, in my opinion. You can always try to bring up the original topic again if you think a thread has gone completely off the track.

Personal attacks is another matter, and in my experience the alert button is very useful.
