A fellow countrywoman of mine (a schoolteacher), lives in Norway, and reported that she saw this thing live. She said it was about 7:50 am, she was driving to work, when se saw it in the sky, almost crashed her car. The stages according to her: - At first a pulsating green light in the middle, followed by a "firecracker" spinning around. - Then the black hole appeared, to be followed by a huge, expanding arc of light, which then developed into the spiral. She says it was an amazing experience, also many other people confirm that it was a sight that nobody could miss. I also have a report from someone who lives in central Finland (in Jyvaskyla), who said he saw this spiral low on the north-western sky. In the picture in this thread, the picture is taken in the direction of the rising sun (it was in the morning), which is roughly east. So to me it looks very much like (gathering all hard evidence) it was "the" russian missile. The thing that they do not want to tell us, is that it was a NUCLEAR DETONATION in SPACE. That's what caused the spiral/rings to expand so wide, that's what caused the black hole, and the bright light afterwards. Nobody has ever done a nuke test in space, nobody has seen what would happen. The russians do now. That's also the reason why they are denying that their test would have anything to do with this Norweigian phenomenon. This theory fits in every piece of evidence, confirmed or non-confirmed.
Ok so we have here: 1) CERN DIRECTOR admitting 1 month before, LHC could produce a door to another dimension that could bring somthing in or they could send something out. 2) LHC successfully collided particles together for the first time at record speeds, hours before the event in Norway. 3) Partial Reflection Medium-Frequency (MF) Atmospheric Radar Facility located in (Tromso)Ramfjordmoen, Norway recieving the data from CERN using the EISCAT to transfer the information after the collision. (Tromsø Geophysical Observatory's Ramfjordmoen field station) 4) Massive power use at EISCAT between 6am and 8am 5) Pics and Vids of unbelievable, never seen before lights and spirals in the sky from Tromsø, Norway, where the Russia admitting to a rocket test but not associating it to the lights that were seen.
4) Massive power use at EISCAT between 6am and 8am

can anyone verify this?

Typical ATS. We get TOLD what it was and people start chanting "BS" and coming up with the most fabricated alternative. Like anyone here would know what a failed missile is or what it's supposed to look like. Did you all become experts in failed missiles for the day and consider yourselves too high and mighty?

Okay there is no possible way after viewing this video that I believe that it was a missile... Check this video out.
Video is small but this is a direct link (better watched on page source below)

H.A.A.R.P. is suspicious as the cause of these phenomenon
SALT I is the common name for the Strategic Arms Limitation Talks Agreement, also known as Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty. SALT I froze the number of strategic ballistic missile launchers at existing levels, and provided for the addition of new submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) launchers only after the same number of older intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) and SLBM launchers had been dismantled.
Negotiations lasted from November 17, 1969 until May 1972 in a series of meetings beginning in Helsinki, with the U.S. delegation headed by Gerard C. Smith, director of the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. Subsequent sessions alternated between Vienna and Helsinki. After a long deadlock, the first results of SALT I came in May 1971, when an agreement was reached over ABM systems. Further discussion brought the negotiations to an end on May 26, 1972 in Moscow when Richard Nixon and Leonid Brezhnev signed the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty and the Interim Agreement Between The United States of America and The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on Certain Measures With Respect to the Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms. A number of agreed statements were also made. This helped improve relations between the USA and the Soviet Union.
It was a controversial experiment of negotiations between Jimmy Carter and Leonid Brezhnev from 1977 to 1979 between the U.S. and the Soviet Union, which sought to curtail the manufacture of strategic nuclear weapons. It was a continuation of the progress made during the SALT I talks. SALT II was the first nuclear arms treaty which assumed real reductions in strategic forces to 2,250 of all categories of delivery vehicles on both sides. SALT II helped the U.S. to discourage the Soviets from arming their third generation ICBMs of SS-17, SS-19 and SS-18 types with many more MIRVs. In the late 1970s the USSR's missile design bureaus had developed experimental versions of these missiles equipped with anywhere from 10 to 38 thermonuclear warheads each. Additionally, the Soviets secretly agreed to reduce Tu-22M production to thirty aircraft per year and not to give them an intercontinental range. It was particularly important for the US to limit Soviet efforts in the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) rearmament area. The SALT II Treaty banned new missile programs (a new missile defined as one with any key parameter 5% better than in currently deployed missiles), so both sides were forced to limit their new strategic missile types development although US preserved their most essential programs like Trident and cruise missiles, which President Carter wished to use as his main defensive weapon as they were too slow to have first strike capability. In return, the USSR could exclusively retain 308 of its so-called "heavy ICBM" launchers of the SS-18 type.
An agreement to limit strategic launchers was reached in Vienna on June 18, 1979, and was signed by Leonid Brezhnev and President of the United States Jimmy Carter. In response to the refusal of the U.S. Congress to ratify the treaty, a young member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Senator Joseph Biden of Delaware, met with the Soviet Foreign Minister Andrey Gromyko, "educated him about American concerns and interests" and secured several changes that neither the U.S. Secretary of State nor President Jimmy Carter could obtain.
Six months after the signing, the Soviet Union deployed troops to Afghanistan, and in September of the same year senators including Henry M. Jackson and Frank Church discovered the so-called "Soviet brigade" on Cuba. In light of these developments, the treaty was never formally ratified by the United States Senate. Its terms were, nonetheless, honored by both sides until 1986 when the Reagan Administration withdrew from SALT II after accusing the Soviets of violating the pact.

Makes no sense to me that you'd test it, on the day that Obama was coming there.

Sorry, but IMHO that is no missile.. A missile spinning out of control is going to spin left right, up down, side to side, dart in one direction, then another, then spin some more, It will be out of control, it will not be stabilized in the same exact spot the whole time, facing the same direction on a dime..Simple physics should tell you that.. Second, when an ICBM is launched, the whole world knows because it shows up on radar, so the fact that every military had no clue in the beginning, bs.. And the other videos of missiles malfunctioning, while may look a little similar, look nothing like that. The masses always think, "well the news, gov, or a scientist said so on T.V., it must be true, no worries, back to American Idol and football games, nothing to see here, move along. I am not claiming to know what it is exactly, but its not a missile. Use logic, simple reasoning, physics, and maybe just a tiny (not much) bit of common sense.
