What are you smoking? We did have evidence.

In November, of 2001, U.S. forces recovered a videotape from a destroyed house in Jalalabad, Afghanistan, in which Osama bin Laden is talking to Khaled al-Harbi. In the tape, bin Laden admits foreknowledge of the attacks.

We knew he was responsible...

Healthcare is extremely regulated and thus by definition isn't private..

Perfect example is not being able to import drugs at 1/3 the cost from other countries.

This is because of collusion with government and healthcare providers.

The definition of this is fascism. We have a fascist healthcare system.

As for it being illegal, I don't see anywhere in the Constitution that states that implementing universal healthcare is against the law.

10th Ammendment:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Since healthcare isn't a specific power delegated to the federal government by the Constitution, it's illegal for the federal government to provide healthcare.

An example of this is the post office. Postal service is actually a power delegated to the federal government in the constitution. If the founders felt that it wouldn't violate the constitution to just pass a federal law allowing the federal government to provide universal postal service then they would have just passed a law instead of writing it in.

My avatar represents the shadowy figures who are moving forward with their plans. This does not include the President. If you think Obama, or any President for that matter, are involved, you're an idiot.

Then I'm an idiot

Wow you really do deserve the junk coming down the pike. Good luck!

Far better then believing that Clinton, Bush, and now Obama are all apart of the same conspiracy...

It will not involve any major elected official.

There's probably not a grand conspiracy like illuminati theorists believe. However, they both, D and R, get their campaign money from the same special interest groups. D vs R is an example of controlled opposition. If D wins, the special interest groups win. If R wins, they win again. The public, however, thinks that if one wins the special interest groups lose because they think that one party is legitimate opposition.

So, since both get their money from the same people, they'll carry out the same policies that concern their contributors. The wars happen to be concerns of the military industrial complex which donates to both D and R. Obviously, the military industrial complex wants the wars to continue.
