I don't know if this is necessarily on topic, but theought it was cool, and yet another Mars story

Mars Moons Phobos and Deimos Photographed Together

The Martian moons Phobos and Deimos have been photographed in the same frame for the first time.

The European Space Agency's Mars Express orbiter snapped a series of images of the two diminutive moons on Nov. 5 and released the pictures today.

Oh I don’t know, it’s not too far off topic, besides it’s your thread

What I find amazing is Phobos was 7,332 miles and Deimos was 16,280 miles away from Mars Express when the images were taken, that’s some good photography
What made me laugh is Phobos In about 50 million years, will crash into Mars, I don’t think that’s an immediate threat to Mars

I read a theory about water/life on mars in a book once and just assumed that at some point NASA would come out saying that it was truth. This is exciting though, I hope more comes out of it
