Ok if isn't a CGI than surely there will be a lot of eyewitnesses. And if this is true the government will send fighter planes to intercept.
If this is true there must be more eyewitnesses, an videos.
this one is hard to tell honestly.

It is not Cgi and It is not a balloon.

And if it is not a false one (hoax), then, frankly, it is objective very, very dangerous to pull down a fluctuating Pyramid over the Kremlin.

That "Thing", very probably, is appeared on Red Square, without being traced from the radars and is remained there to hovering and rotating without to arouse detail alarm.

I repeat, if it is not a false one, then, that Pyramid, is an explicit "Signal" to the Russian government from.... someone….

If you have evidence it is a hoax, by God, spill it. If not, then it should be considered the real deal until evidence is put forward.

What kind of logic sense is that? in court even if we have tons of 'evidence' that should by rights put murderers away etc.. they still walk away. So why is ONE lousy video of a pyramid in the sky deemed suitable to consider real unless proved otherwise?

Its likely to be FAKE unless proved REAL.

So........ I want more videos.

Seems to me someone watched the animated movie 'immortal' then thought hmmm....... this will be fun.

lol

That's some kid having a laugh, his username is pornpornporn.

*Why are there only 2 videos of this thing?
*Why haven't they turned in their video camera for analysis?
*Why haven't any of the other 'hundreds of witnesses' come forward?

Everybody in this thread needs to watch these videos:

The box in this video is obviously fake, but it's realistically composited with handheld footage. This is done through a technique called "shake matching."

Here's a tutorial on how this is done. Jump to 9:12 or so.

Shake matching can be very convincing, but there are at least a couple of things that usually gives it away:
1. The motion of the overlaid CG doesn't exactly match the natural shaking motion of the handheld footage
2. The quality of the film doesn't match- the overlaid footage is too washed out, or not washed out enough, or too sharp, or too dark, too much contrast, different shadows etc.

You can see an example of shake tracking done poorly here:

Look specifically around when the camera zooms in- fast changes in the camera's FOV are harder to track properly.

Once you develop an eye for this sort of thing, fakes are a lot easier to catch.

usually hoaxsters are starved enough for attention that when a story dies down they come out and say they hoaxed it so they can continue to get some attention. i wonder if anyone's been able to track down and talk to the guys who made this video? it should be relatively easy to tell if they made this all up.

Well it's been a while now, this thing is dead. The hoaxsters should pop up any time now. Either that or we'll see another, even more stunning UFO pyramid. Maybe we'll see snow this time

Oh god... are you serious? There is absolutely NOTHING in that video. Really clutching for straws here....

There is no shadow on the ground caused by a giant enigmatic floating pyramid from another star system in this video.

There's lots of things that points to this being a hoax. Here are some.

- At 0:13 the power line suddenly moves behind of the object.
- Lack of snow PROVES that it wasn't shot on December 9.
- No eyewitness reports.
- In a city of 10 million people, only 1 video of it.

If you have anything that points to this object being real I'm listening.

Real hoax evidence, please. Not personal opinion.

At the moment there aren't evidences of hoax or fake.

Nothing of what I posted is my opinion, those are FACTS. Based on those facts my opinion of this video is that it's a CGI hoax. Not you or anyone else have provided any facts that suggest that the object is real.

As usual-- "the classic old school". Rule n. 3.

Prove, if you can, that it is a CGI or fake or hoax or mirages or whatever. But whit scientific explanations, kermit.

I think cripmeister is on to something at 0:13. Here is the screencap:

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/0baf3288d5c2.jpg[/atsimg]

Now this image by itself doesn't prove it's CGI, but along with other observations I think it does:

If all the footage looked like this, we might surmise that the pyramid is so bright it's "washing out" the power line so that's why we can't see it. But in previous frames with the same lighting conditions, the power line is clearly visible in front of the pyramid. So wouldn't you expect it to still be visible here in front of the pyramid?

Also watch the video right around the 13 second mark, and it looks like there are CG artifacts where maybe they tried to keep the power line in front of the pyramid but the power line or an artifact that looks like an attempt to simulate the power line, is actually jumping around, not across the whole video, only the bit in front of the pyramid.
