Looks like NASA has captured another space ship while filming.
Or is it just an optical illusion?
Reminds me of the earth shots awile back with the unknown objects.

I'd say it's a reflection in the window.

The object doesn't move at all whilst you can see the ISS is moving because the sunlight on the solar panel changes.

Best way to see it is to let the vid load and then move the slider yourself.
