Well even if it is found in foods we eat I think ingesting it is completely different than injecting it. Same thing applies to squalene oil. We can eat it and it is present in our bodies to begin with, but injecting it has a much different effect. When you skip the bodies built in filtration system (digestive tract) and head straight to the blood it can have a completely different outcome.
