FEMA OIG Agents Instructions

Found this on cryptome and apparently FEMA can use the United States Marshal's Service for their warrants excecution if and when they see fit.

For an emergency management agency to have such authority to me, is kinda like giving that same authority to the Red Cross. I think they should stick to helping people in times of crisis, we have enough law enforcement/tyranny driven agencys already.
