the two ufos look a bit cg to me, and the capcom sounds a bit strange...

If it's too good to be true. It probably isn't.

Shading/shadows on objects never change and are identical.

They would have had to have been flying perfectly perpendicular and parallel to the camera for them to be captured this way.

Not very likely.

Conspicuous NASA watermark in the video also makes me doubt it.

99.999% sure this is fake.
