Why Bank America Fired Her

www.youtube.com

A very articulate Customer Service Rep with a conscience at Bank America tells why she was fired for helping her customers. Hear her story and realize that this is happening at every large bank to millions of people all over the country. Forget all the nice slogans about "helping people." The reality is that it's about collecting every nickel possible---period!

This video really shows you how the reps are there to collect and support the outrageous fees and interest rates they charge. People that need breaks don't get them. It's all about the money and getting as much as they can.

Yes, of course Bank of America exists to make money. The question is how....and at what price.

It's wise to consider that this is just one side of the story. She was fired, and probably a bit upset. As she put together a video, it's not like she's going to say she was fired for gross negligence, theft, incompetence, etc. Especially if she disagrees with them. Instead, she would say they did it because they didn't want their customers to keep their money.

Not saying that's the case, but rather be careful before jumping on someone's propaganda bandwagon after only having heard their side.

Oh, yes, I agree with you on the fact that there are two sides to the story, true. But she sounded pretty plausible to me.
