Somali pirates hijack another U.S.-bound oil tanker

Yet again a tanker has been hijacked. How many more before either a serious examination of security procedures aboard these vessels occurs or a start of a police action to pacify the increasing lawless Somalia?

Are these international companies allowing this to happen because it is more cost effective than hiring and training security personnel or is the lead up to some international action?
