A good friend of mine works on the Alaskan North Slope, I won't say what he does, or who he works for, since the company is trying to keep this quite, if this was traced back to him, he could loose his job.

This morning a "Code Black Emergency" was issued.

An 18inch pipe leaked a currently unknown about of crude oil in the eastern fields.

This could be as minor as 2 barrels (96gallons) or as much as 2,000 barrels. ( or less or more - still hasn't been reported to my source)

Expect this to be on the MSM news within 24hours with all the details.

I will bet its in a BP line.
BP is notorious for using Chinese made pipe.

Much of this pipe does not constantly meet specs.

That is why the US is trying to put trade tariffs on it so it will cost more and companies will go back to using better made AND TESTED US pipe.
