China vows it will slow carbon emissions

China promised Thursday to slow - but not reduce - its carbon emissions, in a major move by the world's largest emitter, whose cooperation is crucial to any deal as a global climate summit approaches.

This is, of course, terrible news. For years Gore and his cronies have attacked free-market capitalism and the emergence of democracy in Asia, and they have succeeded.

Does this mean an impending collapse of the whole world and the communisation of our essential fluids? I fear so.

Why label it a "Liberal" agenda?

I see many of the traditional Right on board with this too. Hell, they even had Ken LAy involved in drafting the ideas for carbon trading etc way back.

Theft and dishonesty is not a left or right issue, it's illegal and immoral - full stop.

sorry, i'm not following your logic, china slowing down the increase in carbon emissions is going to lead to communism in water? what?
