This theory is established to find the origin of the H1N1 pandemic and trace the steps in order to prepare for other WMD mistakes in the near future.

In March 2008 a mutation of rabies originated in Oaxaca, Mexico.
www.cdc.gov...
The origin could not be determined but action was taken by the CDC to help Mexico regulate diseases that crossed the border into the US, at this point particulary rabies. With this in mind Mexico needed to address the problem of stray dogs which is a major problem. In the past poison meat was placed in containers for the dogs to eat, however, this meat was making it's way into the human population consumption and posed a problem. A solution tp mass extermination of dogs was the H8N5 virus, which only kills dogs.

It is quite possible that H1N1 was mistaken for H8N5 in a lab because human error happens all the time, example Baxter and 72 kilos of the wrong stuff in Ukraine. So Mexico inadvertantly releases H1N1 into the general population and as a result a pandemic.

What are you thinking ?
That they Thought it was h1n1 and made vaccines and spread the Info on the h1n1 as the type of flu, when it infact is h8n5 that is spreading ?

Tell me more !!!

As easily as pharmacists can give you a wrong prescription, a lab can dispense a wrong virus. In government biological arsonals it's no different.
Labels, interpretation, supplies, vials, laziness, inventory, work stress, counting are all inaccurate and can lead to mistakes.

All countries have arsonals containing all viruses, TB, measels, cholera, H1N1, pesticides, chemicals, herbicides, ebola, mustard gas, and so on. The condition of these facilities depends on quality control. In some countries that quality control is less than we would expect.

When Mexico was faced with a demand from the US they would comply. Their stray dog situation caused a mutation in rabies that would cause it to spread from human to human. Mexico's response, which was a good one, was to tackle the rabies problem at the source, dogs.

Since strychnine wasn't working and it was poisoning the local poor people who eat trash, Mexico had to come up with another solution to killing stray dogs. I can imagine top scientists approving H8N5 for extermination of stray dogs, quick efficient, no danger to the public. What happened after that... was, well, a mistake. Because the top scientists and doctors are making the decisions, not delivering the solution personally, they have people for that.

It's possible that Mexico released H1N1 thinking it was H8N5 into a small test area outside Vera Cruz. Weeks later the stray dog situation had not improved but humans were getting sick.

Yea, I see your point, they Released the H1N1 as predicted all along.
But they wanted to kill the Dogs, and now they made us sick !!

That's the theory. It was a mistake. Mexico has covered their tracks and now we are faced with a pandemic. So far it's not so bad. Pharma is making tons of money. Governments are being forced to have sustainability plans, many people have become educated of our biological make up and life goes on.
