Well, I guess it's time for me to introduce myself. I'm Pat, a Navy veteran from the Northeast US. I've been a long-time lurker, particularly in the forums and threads dealing with unidentifiable craft and less-than-mainstream science, and have finally decided that it was time to contribute. Hopefully you'd all be willing to have me, even if I don't talk about some things a great deal - the likelihood is that I'm just sitting back and trying to put together a good take on something.

- Pat

Good question... then again, we're all under the Department of the Navy, so really, same team overall.

Man it really irks the Marines when sailors say that.

I was Army though so welcome to the funny farm.

Welcome to ATS!

From your introduction, i gather you'll* be explaining to us that most of the unidentified crafts are home made and not E.T.?

If i'm mistaken please correct me.

If I ever do, I'd only be sharing my informed opinion, and nothing more - and that would be, naturally, on a case-by-case basis.

as i mentioned before, i think it is always better to be sceptical and to trace back where the 'info' comes from... or the 'aircraft'... maybe just some jokers basement...

btw, i like your quote, man...

best,
bertrand

Some of these people must have pretty incredible basements

I'm glad you like the quote, it's sort of a mantra for me.
