Isn't that $7,100 per American citizen?
$2,300,000,000,000 / 325,000,000
I don't know... too many zeros for me.

I cannot believe this is still out there in conspiracy land.....
Anyway, this non-issue was discussed here...
www.abovetopsecret.com...
It was never 2.3 trillion dollars in missing cash, and it was known about long before 9/10/01.

In the first video, at around 1:00, Rumsfeld says "We cannot track $2.3 Trillion dollars in transactions" and emphasizes the word trillion then right after that the CBS person narrating says "Trillion with a T". I think that pretty much says that they meant trillion and not billion.
But, I agree with you, you can't "lose" $2.3 trillion, you'd know where you spent it right? Even though the inspector general couldn't find it... that's pretty much the point here. Illegal funding, not appropriated by Congress, equal to at least the legally authorized defense budget.
Did you remember this story?
I don't think very many Americans do remember it...

Ober died at his home in Santa Monica on November 15, 2009 at the age of 52. According to friends, Ober had been feeling ill and was complaining of headaches, chronic chest pain, and flu-like symptoms the previous afternoon and did not meet them later as planned.

And you people think that you are conspiracy theorists because you can see through the 9/11 holes. Amateur wannabes at the very best.
You see 9/11 is only a huge conspiracy because it was created to be the obvious carrot to draw attention from a true conspiracy. One that you will never see On ATS.![]()
