I'm not afraid of the idea of a one world government, in fact I think in many ways it's inevitable. But I am opposed to the New World Order, which is to say I am opposed to the diseased and wicked financial titans who currently run the world further consolidating their control by forming a one world government.

It's not about the fundamental idea of worldwide unity it's about who is in charge and currently the Elite are in charge, the ones who take greed, tyranny and disrespect for human life to new heights. There are 1200 or so billionaires in the world while millions starve, to think that those people would have even more power under one government is a scary thought.

In many ways thought I've come to see the NWO as a ruse to trick conspiracy theorists. Many people on ATS seem convinced that a worldwide tyrannical out in the open style world government is on the way. I think that might all be a trick. Many Conspiracy Theorists are waiting for SHTF scenario to start their rebellion, but what if one never comes, what if out right world government was never their plan. Think about it. TPTB ALREADY own the world, and maybe they could tighten their grip a little but becoming all powerful tyrants will give them away immediately. They have to keep the majority of the populace fat and happy so they can't bring in out right in your face tyranny and keeping most people under the illusion of freedom and keeping from having an obvious right out in the open world government makes even some conspiracy theorists think they still have time to save the world, they don't...

TPTB have already won, they're already in charge and unless you can wake up all six billion people all this planet to that fact society isn't going to get any better. It's why I advocate a "day the Earth stood still" were all human beings stop going about their daily grind and we can figure out what to do with this planet and stop following the broken system that makes the Elite richer and richer.

So maybe we'll see world government but I doubt it will be out right tyranny and I don't think there will be a "President of the World" or anything like that but the people pulling the strings of that government will probably be the same rich scumbags who own the system today, unless there is a global awakening and we humans can come together as a species. That's real global unity, the whole human species coming to consense, sort of a Continental Congress of the World.
