Most global banks are still unsafe, warns S&P

This can't be good for investor confidence. What happened to "the recession is over" talk????

I think and always have since the middle of 2009 that the worst is still yet to come. I hate being lulled into a false sense of security, which is exactly what they are trying to do....What I mean by "they" are the banks and the credit institutions who want us to go out and spend and borrow more to spend.....What do they think we are?????
