yeah.. regardless if every news paper on the planet says we're not alone. Only the americans cay say for sure. lol. I have seen pages going on about the english, the church, the countless other third world countries saying things from they're real, to they're pressuring the US govt to come clean. Either the US is kept legitimately in the dark beyond all possible belief, or the world with the exception of the US is insane or something. lol

It is quite possible theses aliens are trying to commnicate with humans though crop circles.Maybe they have no other way of contacting us humans.One would think if they were so advanced why use crop circles to commnicate when they have other advanced means to commnicate with us.There are some evil reptillian aliens who do not want certain good aliens contacting humans.The reptillians have put in place some nasty security protocols to stop certain good aliens from contacting humans by means of telepathy ,visiting planet earth and other means.I have know for some time planet earth has been like this.Some good human looking aliens did attempt to contact some human contactees in the 1950;s but they are not allowed to contact us anymore.

You are correct enough to deserve a retort...yes, two Brits stated they have the capacity to go out and develop a "crop circle" with just a plank of wood, and a rope. A measuring tape, a bit of moonshine, and a few hours of darkness is all they require. They demonstrated their methods, on television, in the daylight. They did produce a mock "crop circle"...at least they moved the stocks of wheat around enough to make a pattern...

These 2 Brits are either the single greatest stories in human history...or jacknuts that wanted their 15 minutes. They did not/could not reproduce some characteristics of authentic crop circles.

3 - unusual silicon crystal powder deposits may lie strewn about

6 - wider range of background electromagnetic radiation
7 - simpler energy sub-formations felt and measured, often strongest at a circle's center or edges
8 - camera/battery, mobile phone, watches' failure in circles sometimes, compass deflections occasionally
9 - electrical/motor instruments far overhead may be affected
10 - time-and-space dilation effects documented on photographs and by stop-watches

And while talking about how superior astronauts are to us mere humans, lets take a moment to remember astronaut Lisa Nowak. She was certainly a fine example of the pinnacle of elite and trustworthy astronauts.

The century surely is young, but your rebuttal ranks as one of the top examples of blind faith without tangible proof.

I hear Oprah is giving something away everyday now...maybe "evidence" of the crop circle producers will be next.

then wait until they have enough bites,

Ets wouldn't contact our Government, and if they have they have already debunked their existence. A truly advanced race of beings is not going to talk to a Government in hopes of reaching the masses, they most likely have already had revolts against the kinda system we have in place today, And are fully understanding with how Governments of our type, is based on greed, corruption , and Immoral conduct.

They would wait, until our race is " more open minded " and we displayed it amongst ourselves...

Is it just me or does this whole thing seem a little too optimistic?

Seems like if you were going to come out with 'yes, we are in touch with aliens' you would not still currently be analyzing the crop circles. You would have finished, compiled all the evidence and then gone to the media.
Its such a huge claim to make so unless you have the evidence etc to hand then your just going to be made a laughing stock of. Although maybe the 'bulgarian academy of sciences' doesnt have too much of a reputation to ruin in the first place.

True we must increase our consciousness before we will be able to communicate as off Earth beings operate on a different wavelength (vibration) than most of us. We must let go of our distractions and allow clarity of mind AND what's wrong with asking? If enough of us request communication thru telepathy in meditative states, we may convince them we sincerely wish to exchange experience. I do every night because I'm convinced I am being taught in my sleepstate. Everyday a bit less concerned with the trivial.

Are you being serious ? I think aliens are visiting, and it's not beyond possibility they have telepathic ability, but I just can't picture what the conversation is like or what could be gained.

I don't know how credible this institution is, if they are communicating with aliens, they're certainly on the frontier. I think western academia is obviously manipulated by the natl security state.

Thank you for your interest regarding the prematurely published article in Novinar Daily I Sofia Echo. Firstly, I would like to clarify that SPACE RESEARCH INSTITUTE of BAS is not directly involved in the the “Dialogue 2009” experiment, in which myself and my colleagues are currently taking part in.
This year, I had the opportunity of putting together a team of experts representing various scientific fields and walks of life. They worked together on a project based on the original work on our own Mrs M.Vezneva, a former architect and correspondence member of IAI. Mrs. Vezneva has two published books containing dictionaries of universal symbols language via which she states that pictograms may be interpreted. In her books, she engages in a dialogue regarding global issues with the crop circles “creators”. It is based on the universal symbols language, I.e. Pcychometry and telepathy.
The aim of the “Dialogue 2009” experiment is to carry out a similar dialogue regarding the use of the crop circles but using different participants. We believe that the crop circles are real existing formations from unexplained nature, and that they carry information from alien to us sources. We have already 36 participant replies which we are currently analyzing.
